If it was not for purely financial nature of the crisis, which started, such a plan would have a right of existence. However, as it appears from the theory mentioned above, this crisis is structural, ergo, characteristic feature hereof is rapid drop of aggregate demand, first of all in the United States, and then in the whole world. Most likely, the EU monetary authorities, who keep worshipping monetary principles, have not considered this circumstance.

Thailand is one of the most developed and exotic countries of the Southeast Asia. Ancient exotics of the East are found side by side with the latest advances of the contemporary world: floating markets and huge supermarkets, great skyscrapers and Buddhist temples, big modern cities and small detached settlements.
The ideal time for vacation in Thailand is winter. In this season, the average daily temperature is 26-28oC. The ‘rainy season’ lasts: in Pattaya – from June to October, in Samui – from October to November, in Phuket – from May to June.
In order to enter Thailand, you need to have a visa (remember that the passport should be valid no less than six months). You can open a visa both in Moscow and upon arrival, at the airport.
Bangkok is a huge metropolis striking by its contrasts. The first thing standing out a mile is the unusual for a Russian person neighborhood of enormous sparkling skyscrapers with grey and black colors of the poor quarters. You should note that road traffic in Thailand is left-hand and very intensive. In Bangkok prices for souvenirs are the lowest (do not forget to bargain, you can buy any goods much cheaper). You can move around the city in a taxi or a tuk-tuk, the cost should be discussed beforehand. When you go out of your hotel, remember to take a hotel visiting-card with you (the reverse side of the card usually has a map showing the hotel’s location); show the card to the taxi driver, so that you have no problems getting back. In Bangkok you will be offered an excursion to the Grand Palace and the Temple of the Emerald Buddha, a channel tour; I would recommend dining at the Bayoke Sky Hotel and visiting the observation site. A lot of discos are located in front of the Radisson Sas Hotel.
Pattaya is the most ‘party’ Thailand resort. You will find plenty of discos, bars and various shows in the main street of Pattaya, Patong. Advice: do not stake on Thai box, it is just another show, and no Thai will be injured during it. Most discos offer free entrance. Hotels are mainly located across the street from the beach. Sea in the Northern part of Pattaya (Pattaya Bay) is muddy because of fine sand, but it is cleaner in the Southern part (Jomtien Beach). One can buy a swimming island tour (whole day). The resort is more suitable for youth, active rest.
The Samui island is known by its wide fine sand beaches, the sea is clean here, unlike Pattaya, because waves are rare. If you prefer recreation, you need to choose a hotel on Chaweng Beach, it has discos, bars, and, of course, a lot of souvenir shops.
The Phuket island is virtually completely restored after the 2004 tsunami. Almost nothing reminds of the tragedy. Hotels are full of tourists. The island also has its amusement street, Patong. The Patong beach is short, with fine sand and a shallow entry into the sea. As for me, the best beaches of Phuket are Karon Beach and Kata Beach. Umbrellas and chaise longues on the beaches are rental, estimated cost is 200 bahts (about USD 5).
Recreation in Thailand combined with Thai hospitality and cordiality will leave only the brightest and most positive impressions.
